Mission Statement
Message from our President

All of the functions in servicing our clients are performed by Keller Group Teams as an alternative to separate departments. We feel that this approach allows for improved communication, leading to a better understanding and optimized service for our clients. Each team includes the following members:

Sales Consultant
Field consultants provide the primary point of contact and work in partnership with the customer to identify the correct services and products required to accomplish the customer’s goals.

Design & Planning Consultant
Planning professionals take the vision of our customer and/or their Architectural & Design consultants, and convert this into reality. Planning team members generate all of the specifications necessary and act as a resource for pertinent design details and information.

Client Service Manager
Support team members handle all administrative functions including product information, proposal generation, client inquiries, and order processing. This support assures successful articulation from design through product acknowledgement.

Project Manager
Project manager involvement begins upon order generation; reviewing plans, evaluating field conditions, communicating with contractors (including construction meetings when required), ensuring shipments are on schedule, coordinating and scheduling installation oversight, and completing the punch lists when applicable.

The Keller Group Team commitment is to satisfy our client’s goals by utilizing a proven process. Key to our teaming process is the active participation of its members, and their recognition of the importance each member contributes to the process. This allows ‘the team’ to work together on each objective with a common goal, and virtually guarantees the best outcome for our clients.
