In partnership with our customers, The Keller Group Team is committed to providing a wide range of services that are tailored to meet all of the projects' objectives. Depending upon other contractors and services requested, the Keller Group approach is built with flexibility. Our model is a custom tailored “Project Management Plan”. Upon production of any Keller Group project, the team assembles a definitive plan to ensure successful completion, and ongoing maintenance for your project. The foundation for this approach is to address all critical issues, or concerns that any customer may have.

Three steps are required to complete each project successfully:

Step One:
Communication Priority
A process to work with the customer representative to accurately determine and finalize specifications required in placing orders for the project.

Step Two:
Development of a format to complete detailed installation plans for the systems furniture and/or supplementary furniture utilizing Auto Cad processes. The drawings ensure, and determine final and accurate counts for parts and components required to complete the project. Drawings also indicate electrical and data locations for the furniture, which in turn, are carefully planned in conjunction with the building interior.

Step Three:
A planned process that keeps each project on track from the order entry through installation, and punch-list.

The Keller Group operates in a team environment. Specialized teams are formed with varying size depending upon the nature and complexities of each project. Each team is staffed with highly experienced individuals who specialize in project management. Careful consideration is made in developing each project team every time.
