Los Rios Community College District, (Northern California). For the last seven years, Keller Group has exclusively provided interior planning services to the Los Rios Community College District, California. This is the first year of our 3rd three-year contract. The district includes an administrative headquarter facility, four primary campuses including City College, Consumnes River College, Folsom College and American River College, and four branch campuses including Hurley, Davis, West Sacramento and Placerville. Keller Group provides complete design services that include furniture specification and furniture finish selections. We often advise in ideal tenant improvement details, including building finishes. While the projects for Los Rios are numerous, included are some pictures showing an over view. Keller Group furnished the new technology building at American River College, Sacramento, CA.
In 2001, Keller Group furnished the new primary building at Folsom College, Folsom CA that included library, lecture facilities and classrooms, approximately 100,000 square feet.
